Terms of Service

These terms of service govern the use of Timelista (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About the service
Timelista is a web-based platform for time tracking, the statutory personalliste, leave management and payroll reports, tailored to Norwegian businesses and regulations. The service is provided by ALEKSANDER MARIANSKI, company registration number 926 341 979, Hanaveien 12A, 4327 SANDNES, Norway.
2. Account and responsibility
To use the service you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
- keeping your login credentials confidential.
- all activity that occurs under your account.
The company that creates the account is the data controller for its employees' data, and is responsible for ensuring that use of the service complies with applicable law.
3. Subscription and payment
The service is offered with free and/or paid subscriptions. Prices, payment terms and any trial period are stated at the time of ordering. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are not refunded for a period already started unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful purposes or in breach of these terms.
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' data.
- disrupt or damage the operation, security or infrastructure of the service.
- copy, resell or exploit the service without written consent.
5. Intellectual property
All rights to the service, including software, design, trademarks and content, belong to Timelista. You retain ownership of your own data registered in the service.
6. Your data
Data you register in the service remains your property. We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. You can export your data at any time, and upon termination of the agreement you may request delivery or deletion subject to statutory retention requirements.
7. Availability and changes
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee that the service is error-free or available at all times. We may update, change or discontinue features, and will give notice of material changes.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Timelista is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or loss of data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be waived under mandatory law.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a material breach of these terms. Upon termination, data is deleted or anonymised in accordance with the privacy policy and statutory retention obligations.
10. Changes to the terms
We may amend these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes will be sought resolved amicably and otherwise fall under the Norwegian courts, with [jurisdiction] as the legal venue.
