Install Timelista as an app

Timelista can be added as a standalone app on your phone, tablet and computer – with no App Store or Google Play. You get a dedicated icon, full-screen mode and faster start-up, just like a native app.

iPhone and iPad

Use Safari – installation does not work in Chrome or other browsers on iOS/iPadOS.

    Open timelista.no/app in Safari.

    Tap the Share button – at the bottom on iPhone, top right on iPad.

    Scroll down the menu and choose “Add to Home Screen”.
  4. 4
    Keep the name Timelista and tap “Add” in the top right.
  5. 5
    The icon is now on your home screen. Open the app from there for full-screen mode.

Android – phone and tablet

Use Chrome (recommended). Samsung Internet and most other browsers work too.

    Open timelista.no/app in Chrome.

    Tap the menu in the top right (three dots).
  3. 3
    Choose “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”.
  4. 4
    Confirm with “Install” / “Add”.
  5. 5
    Timelista now appears as its own app icon in the app drawer and on your home screen.

Tip: an “Install” banner or an install icon in the address bar often appears automatically when you visit the site.

Desktop – Windows and Mac

Use Chrome or Microsoft Edge on both Windows and Mac. On Mac you can also use Safari.

    Open timelista.no/app in Chrome or Edge.

    Look for the install icon on the right of the address bar – or open the menu in the top right.

    Choose “Install Timelista” / “Install app”.

    Confirm with “Install”.

    Timelista opens in its own window and is added as an app – in the Start menu on Windows and in Launchpad / Applications on Mac.

Safari on Mac: on macOS Sonoma (14) or later, choose “File” → “Add to Dock” to install Timelista as an app.
